Hourly Rate –

It’s so simple, 30 Euros per hour for ad-hoc support.

Ad-hoc is perfect if you are new to having a VA or need ad-hoc monthly support.
Minimum 1 hour and payments are in advance.
I track my time (rounding to the nearest 15 minutes) and send this report to you on a monthly basis, so that you can see exactly where my time is spent and where your money is going!
I will always let you know if the time agreed is nearly used up, so that there will not be any surprises! Any additional time can be added on if needed.
Turnaround is 48 to 72 hours.

Monthly Retainer Packages –

Monthly retainer packages can be tailored to your specific requirements, and it will guarantee my availability.

A retainer package is perfect if you need regular support, they are prepaid with a fixed amount of hours per month to be used as needed.

This allows you to budget monthly, with no surprise costs.

Retainer packages can be purchased in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 hours per calendar month.

5 Hours – 150 Euros
10 Hours – 300 Euros
20 Hours – 600 Euros

To make sure that my time is secured, I ask that all retainers are paid in advance.

I will track my time throughout the month and keep you up to date on how much time you have remaining, as all agreed hours must be used in that month and cannot be rolled over to the following month.

If you need to rid your inbox of unread, old / junk emails, if you would like to have everything organised into folders, but you simply don’t have the time, if you want to regain control of your inbox, then this package is for you!

This package includes :

Organising your emails – creating and managing folders, filing emails that don’t require any action or response.
Deleting or archiving old emails.
Sorting emails into the created folders.
Unsubscribing from unwanted newsletters that clog up your inbox and deleting spam.
Flag any missed / important emails. (We’ve all been there!)
Max 3 hours work (any more can be discussed)

Checking emails Monday to Friday 30 mins am / 30 mins pm (excluding bank holidays)
