What is a Virtual Assistant & how can they help your business?
Having recently launched my Virtual Assistant (VA) business, I find myself explaining to a lot of people exactly what a Virtual Assistant is. If you are wondering the same thing, please read on and I will explain in more detail what a VA does and how we can help small businesses.
What is a VA?
The easiest way to explain what a Virtual Assistant (VA) is, is to describe us as a PA or an Admin Assistant, working virtually (remotely), predominantly as a freelancer.
Imagine you are a small business owner or an entrepreneur, you have to wear all the hats.. (business owner, manager, administrator, marketer, appointment setter, cleaner and tea maker!) So you have to think about everything! From responding to client enquiries, your marketing or social media strategy, finances and invoicing and on top of all of that, you have to try and grow your business! Sounds exhausting.. right?! Finding the time to brainstorm new ideas and strategies to grow your business is so difficult with everything else you have on your plate. It can be a never-ending cycle!
